Seven Brides Brewing has a long history of charitable giving in our community. As a local company, we understand the importance of community involvement and support.

Each year, Seven Brides Brewing donates thousands of dollars in product and merchandise to local organizations and causes, including (but not limited to):

  • Community and non-profit fundraisers
  • Local benefits for friends/family members in need
  • Homebrew competitions

We choose local charities to support on a monthly basis. If you are a local charity and would like to work with Seven Brides Brewing on a fund raiser, please contact us via the form on this page.

Donation Guidelines

Seven Brides Brewing receives numerous requests for charitable donations each month. While we would truly like to help everyone, we unfortunately cannot accommodate every request. For that reason, we've created the following policies and process to help us evaluate which organizations and causes we are able to support.
  • We require at least 30 days notice.
  • Please keep in mind we receive many requests each month and try to accommodate as many as possible.
  • You will be notified via email whether your request has been approved or denied.
  • All donations are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value.
  • All donations must be picked up at the brewery during business hours (Wednesday - Sunday, 11am-5pm)
  • We cannot provide staffing to work events or deliver donations.

Beer and Merchandise Donation Requirements:

For beer donations to events where our product will be served, you will need to have the following:
  • If the event is open to the public, we need a copy of the caterer's liquor license or temporary liquor license to serve the beer.
  • All donated beer must be picked up at the brewery.

For Merchandise Donations, the following is required:

  • How the merchandise will be utilized (silent auction, part of a gift basket, prize, etc.)
  • All donated merchandise must be picked up at the brewery unless other arrangements have been made.

To request a donation for your event, first review our policy If you fit the guidelines, please fill out the form below and tell us your donation request with the following information.

Please submit your information at least 30 to 60 days prior to the date of the event. Each request will be reviewed and you will be notified via email within two weeks of your submission.
